🏐📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – COMBINED TEAM REGISTRATION
Based on the many requests we have received from our community, the SOUA Tournament Committee has decided to allow Combined Teams for eligible gaams in the CLPSS 1st Gaam Volleyball Tournament 2026.
Currently, 26 gaams have registered their own teams. However, 45+ gaams are unable to participate because they do not have enough players or CLPSS member families to form a team.
To encourage maximum participation, the following policy will apply:
✅ Gaams with 18 or fewer CLPSS member families are eligible to participate as a Combined Team.
✅ Based on current CLPSS records, 37 gaams are eligible to combine with another eligible gaam.
❌ 7 gaams are not eligible for Combined Teams because they have more than 18 CLPSS member families.
❌ Gaams that have already registered their own team are not eligible to combine with another gaam.
🆕 Last Opportunity for the 7 Non-Eligible Gaams
⏳ The 7 gaams that are not eligible for Combined Teams will be given one final opportunity to register their own team.
📅 Team registration for these gaams will be reopened for 48 hours only.
⚠️ If your gaam wishes to participate, you must register your team during this 48-hour registration window. This will be the final opportunity to enter the tournament, and no additional extensions or exceptions will be granted.

📝 Individual Player Registration
To complete tournament registration, Individual Player Registration will open for a limited time over the next few days.
Players from eligible gaams can register individually, and the SOUA Tournament Committee will form the Combined Teams based on the registrations received.
⚖️ The Host Committee reserves the sole right to determine and assign all Combined Teams. Every effort will be made to ensure the process is fair, balanced, and competitive for everyone.

Combined Teams are being introduced only to provide an opportunity for players from smaller gaams to participate in the tournament. Our goal is to maximize participation while maintaining the competitive spirit and fairness of the event.
