    Immediate Action Required

    July 1, 2025

To: All Members of the Board of Governors (BOG)
& Members of the CLPSS Samaj

    Subject: Immediate Action Required

    BOG Members & CLPSS Members,

We would like to begin by acknowledging that many members of the Board of Governors have
taken their roles seriously and have shown a sincere commitment to CLPSS. However, it is clear
that necessary actions to resolve ongoing issues were not taken in a timely manner. As a result,
the situation has deteriorated and become public, causing division and concern within our
    community.

While we understand that not everyone will agree with the decision being made, please know it
is taken in the best interest of CLPSS and its future.

Effective immediately, the entire Board of Governors, including the Executive Committee,
is hereby dissolved. The Trustees will now assume responsibility for conducting the upcoming
election—either manually or through a secure electronic platform such as Election Runner,
pending cooperation and data release from the current IT team. If needed, we will seek
assistance from past IT personnel, to retrieve member data from the old database.

Please understand, this is not a step the Trustees wanted to take. However, after repeated
opportunities for resolution were missed, we are left with no alternative but to act in order to
protect the integrity and unity of CLPSS.

This was your final opportunity to lead through action. In the absence of that, the Trustees will
move forward to restore order and trust in the organization.

Sincerely, Board of Trustees CLPSS USA

Final Warning – Immediate Action Required

    June 20, 2025

To: All BOG Members of CLPSS USA

Subject: Final Warning – Immediate Action Required

    Dear BOG Members,

Let us be absolutely clear: this ongoing political infighting is not the responsibility of the
Board of Trustees (BOTs). It is solely the responsibility of the Board of Governors (BOGs) to
resolve the current dysfunction. Yet, instead of taking ownership, you are dragging the
Trustees into a mess we did not create.

    THIS ENDS NOW.

We are giving you until June 30th to resolve this matter internally. If you fail to do so, the
BOTs will take full control of the situation. We will consider the current BOG and Executive
Committee to be incompetent and unfit to lead. As such, we will proceed to dissolve
    both bodies in their entirety.

At that point, we will reset the organization using the original bylaws. New elections will be
initiated—either manually by postal service, electronically, or both. We will call for fresh
nominations from each region, and all elections will be carried out independently under
    BOT supervision.

This is your final opportunity to take action and demonstrate leadership. If not, the Trustees
will act decisively to protect the integrity of this organization.

    Sincerely,

    Board of Trustees
    CLPSS USA

On behalf of the Board of Trustees
